Challenge
Dr. Stefan Ringgenberg from Germany succeeds him as General Manager. To facilitate his entry and to introduce him to the guests of the renowned Hotel Jagdhof as well as the Schlosshotel Fuschl, and to introduce him to the extensive staff opposite, two videos were produced.
Solution
Dr. Stefan Ringgenberg has given two interviews in which he talks about himself, his career and his future work in the two houses. On the one hand, the videos serve as an advertising tool, as they describe the hotel’s offer and clarify it through additional visual material, but above all they serve to promote trust among potential new guests as well as regular guests. The staff version of the video is clearly aimed at staff members and is sent internally via email.
Result
This video directly addresses the individual and introduces the new GM, on the other hand it also promotes confidence to feel free to contact him in case of questions and problems, as well as concludes with some humorous moments to promote sympathy.
